The file zipper is a very basic proxy service that allows you to download remote files through Meercat9's servers with a phoney file extension. Perfect if your network doesn't allow the download of .exe or .zip files. It will give a .phoney extension to get around basic restrictions. It can also be invaluable to read the source code of a webpage if your network doesn't allow that either - or the webpage has one of those incredibly annoying right-click pop-ups.
